This website, tryvoost.com, is operated by WeMatch Commerce LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Voost ("Voost", "we", "us"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies referenced in them, including our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Subscription Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method you submit.

3. Our products and health information

Voost products are dietary supplements. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Content on this site is for general information only and is not medical advice. Consult your healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or take any medication. Use only as directed and do not exceed the recommended serving. 4. Prices, currencies and availability

Prices are shown in the currency of your region and may change without notice; the price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel an order — for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or a product being unavailable — and will refund any amount charged for a cancelled order.

5. Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation. Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

6. Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the frequency and price shown at checkout until you cancel. 7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy, including our 30-day money-back guarantee.

8. Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes are subject to the conditions stated with them, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be limited to one use per customer. We may end or change a promotion at any time.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, videos and design — belongs to Voost or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, or to submit false information, including false reviews or orders.

11. Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review, comment or other content, you confirm it reflects your own honest experience and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display it on our site and marketing channels.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in these Terms and our policies, the site and products are provided "as is" and "as available", to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under the law of your country.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voost will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Voost harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence gives you mandatory consumer protections.
